⏱ Order Processing Times

• Non-Leash Orders – Processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) typically ship the next business day.

• Rope Items – This includes leashes, rope slip collars, and camera straps. These items are handmade to order and typically ship within 2–4 weeks. Please note that processing times may extend during the holidays or new collection launches.

Every leash is made just for you and your pup, in the order it was received.

📦 Shipping Details

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight and dimensions, and total value.

🔁 Returns Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging intact.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We are not liable for return packages that are lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Custom items and Items purchased at a discount are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
