Shipping and Handling
At Litto Howler, we know adventure doesn’t wait — so we do our best to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. As a micro-small business crafting each product by hand, we appreciate your patience and support. Every order is handled with care by our small but mighty team.
Order Processing Times
Non-Rope Orders:
Processed within 1–5 business days (usually next-day if placed before 12PM PST). During collection drops, restocks, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Rope Items (Leashes, Slip Collars, Accessories, Camera Straps):
Handmade to order and processed in 4–6 weeks. These items are crafted in the order they’re received. Please note that turnaround time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery:
When will my package arrive?
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as shipping is handled by USPS, UPS, DHL, or other third-party carriers. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.
Shipping Costs
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and cart total. International customers are responsible for any customs or tax fees. Litto Howler is not liable for these charges.
Route Package Protection
Is my package insured?
We strongly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. This low-cost insurance (about 1.5% of your cart total) protects your order if it's lost, damaged, or stolen. If Route is deselected, Litto Howler is not liable for any shipping issues.
What is Route Package Protection?
Route provides peace of mind by protecting your package throughout its journey. It covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If deselected at checkout, Litto Howler cannot offer refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues.
Shipping FAQ
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes! Just email us at support@littohowler.com and we’ll be happy to consolidate your shipments.
Is free shipping available?
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $200. This offer does not apply to international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Litto Howler ships worldwide. We’ll follow wherever adventure leads.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details. Use the provided number to check your package status through the carrier's website.
My package was lost, damaged, or stolen — can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, once a package has been handed to a shipping carrier, Litto Howler is not responsible unless Route Package Protection was selected at checkout. Without Route, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
