We understand that adventures are calling and that’s why here at Litto Howler, we strive to get you your gear as soon as we can. As a micro-small business of handcrafted goods, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we are working as quickly as we can 

 

WE PROCESS ALL NON-LEASH ORDERS IN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (DURING COLLECTION DROPS, RESTOCKS, AND THE HOLIDAYS, IT CAN TAKE LONGER). ALL HANDMADE ROPE ITEMS LIKE LEASHES, ROPE SLIP COLLARS, AND ROPE ACCESSORIES CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 4-6 WEEKS. The estimated shipping time frame is not our turn-around time. These leashes are handmade in the order they came in, specifically for you and your pups. 

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed since it's through a third party (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc). We do not ship on non-business days or Holidays. We are reputable for usually shipping NON-LEASH ORDERS in 1 business day if there are no new collection drops. Our packages usually get to domestic destinations (not including international shipments) in 1-3 business days.

 

 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

NON LEASH ORDERS will be processed in 1-5 business days. Typically we will process your order on the next business day if the order is placed before 12PM (PST).

ALL ROPE ITEMS: LEASHES, ROPE SLIP COLLARS, AND CAMERA STRAP ORDERS are usually processed in 4-6 weeks during the regular season. The turnaround time is longer during and after new collection drops, restocks, and the holiday season: 4-6 weeks. Your leashes are handmade in the order they came in, so these leashes are specifically made just for you and your pup!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight, dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout. The estimated shipping time frame is not our turn-around time. International customers are responsible for all customs/tax fees their country finds necessary to collect by law. Litto Howler takes no responsibility on any custom/tax fees. 

 

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

For the safety of your package, please consider insuring your package with Route Package Protection. You can insure your package by selecting Route Package Protection at check out. By deselecting Route Package Protection, Litto Howler is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. No refund will be issued if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen.

WHAT IS ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION?

Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you is only around 1.5% of the cart value to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. IS THERE FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Free domestic shipping is available on all orders over $200.
Free shipping is not available for international orders at this time. 

 

DOES LITTO HOWLER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Litto Howler ships to anywhere in the world where adventure exists.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. 

MY PACKAGE IS LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN, CAN I GET A REFUND? 

Unfortunately, our shipping and handling policy states that once a package is handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL, the customer will assume all responsibility of the package. A refund will not be issued.
