Shipping and Handling


We understand that the adventures are calling and that’s why here at Litto Howler, we strive to get you your gear as soon as we can. We ship all non-leash orders in 1-5 business days. Our handmade leashes can take anywhere from 1-30 days to ship. These leashes are handmade upon order, specifically for your lucky pup. During the busy seasons such as the holidays and new releases, it may take a little longer than usual. 
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed because it's through a third party (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc). We do not ship on non-business days or holidays. We are reputable for usually making and shipping in 1 business day if there are no new releases. Our packages usually get to the destination (not including international shipments)  in 1-3 days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Non leash orders will ship in 1-5 business days. Typically we will ship your order on the next business day if the order is placed before 12 PM (PST). Leashes are shipped 1-30 days. We hand make your leashes as the order comes in, so these leashes are specifically made just for you and your adventure pup!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout.

I HAVE MULTIPLE ORDERS THAT I WOULD LOVE TO GET THEM SHIPPED TOGETHER, HOW DO I DO THAT? 

We would be happy to ship all your items together for your convenience. Please e-mail us at support@littohowler.com so that we may further assist you with your order.

IS THERE FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Free domestic shipping is available on all orders over $100.
Free shipping is not available for international orders at this time. 

DOES LITTO HOWLER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Litto Howler ships to anywhere in the world where adventure exists.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. 

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST, CAN I GET A REFUND? 

Unfortunately, our shipping and handling policy states that once a package is handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL, the customer will assume responsibility of the package. All packages are insured, so please reach out to the shipping carrier that you chose at check out for further instructions.
