Every Litto Howler product is designed with intention, crafted by hand, and built to last. Our leashes are rigorously tested for durability, stability, and safety — because we believe your gear should be just as adventure-ready as you are.
We’re proud to make what we believe is the safest dog leash on the planet. If anything isn’t right with your order after 14 days of receiving it, we’ll do our best to make it right.

When will my order ship?

How can I return or exchange my order?

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation.
All confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Be sure to check your spam, promotions, or junk folders. If you still can’t find it, email support@littohowler.com with your full name and address.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been made or fulfilled. Please email support@littohowler.com as soon as possible so we can help.
Can I add something to my order after it’s placed?
Possibly! Email us at support@littohowler.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I change my leash color after I order?
If your leash hasn’t been made yet, we’d be happy to update the color. Email us at support@littohowler.com as soon as possible.
I placed multiple orders — can you ship them together?
Of course! Just shoot us an email at support@littohowler.com and we’ll combine your shipments when possible.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom gear. Email us at support@littohowler.com with your request. Please note that custom orders are final sale and discounts do not apply.
My dog chewed the leash — can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for damage caused by chewing. However, we offer affordable repair and alteration services. Email support@littohowler.com for help, and please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method.
When will sold out items be restocked?
We’re working hard to restock sold-out items! Restock updates and new launches are always announced first on our Instagram, so be sure to turn on notifications.
My package was lost — can I get a refund?
Once a package has been handed to USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are no longer responsible for it. We highly recommend insuring your order with Route Package Protection at checkout. If Route is not selected, Litto Howler is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, and refunds cannot be issued.
